June 3-It has been 4 years now since we lost him. Many a times I have thought of writing about him but each time I would be flooded with memories. Dr Abdul Manaf, was a wonderful person, a good son, a loving brother, husband, father and uncle. As they say all goodness in one package. As our ancestors say good people are taken away quickly because our Lord loves them. My husband is the eldest son, Manaf was 6 years younger to him. He was just few days younger to me but still he addressed me as thatha ( Elder sister) as I was his elder sister in law. He and his family were the ones who stayed with our parents. We all ,my husband and his other siblings were in different cities, due to their work and studies. Whenever we used to visit Home ,he used to stock the fridge with supplies to make yummy dishes for us. He was a wonderful cook.
