53rd National Day (Eid-Al Ittihad)

53years..Masha Allah..UAE indeed has come a long way ahead.

It was almost 8 years ago that I stepped into UAE as a resident and I am Alhamdulillah happy for that.

UAE is one of the most visited countries in the world. It is definitely not surprising because of the programmes, activities, safety measures and all here.Even during Covid times,it was one country which opened up it's doors to bring life back to normal.

What I love the most about UAE is that there is no bias or mistreatment of  people based on gender, race, culture or religion. All people here are valued and feel very much at home.

Emiratis have a very friendly nature .

While teaching my kids UAE history, I learned about Sheikh Zayed(Baba Zayed) -the founding father. It was his vision to empower women and he gave lots of importance to education.

The introduction of Golden visas has been a big step and a relief to many.

UAE is a land of natural resources. We can enjoy the scenic beauty in the mountains, deserts and beaches. It caters to the needs of young and old alike. There are many amusement parks, zoos, museums etc.Global village is one of the most loved tourist destinations. Expo 2020 was an opportunity for people to see and explore the world in one place.

Traditional food of UAE-

Mandhi,dates and Kahwa(Arabic coffee),Luqaimat(sweet dumplings )are delicacies here😋

The traditional clothes are Kandura for men and Jalabiya or Abaya for women.

There are both luxurious and simple residential areas, again catering to the needs of all.People of all religions have their worship centres and they can celebrate their festivals just like in their homeland.

A big salute to the leaders for their development,Mars mission,Expo, safety measures, vaccination drives  and much more.

We feel happy and proud to be residents here.

May Lord Almighty bring more success to the development of UAE...Ameen
