Nostalgia
As my first born slowly turns into a young adult,a lot of memories come flooding up.When I was in 3rd year BDS I got married.Within few months,I was carrying Shaza.Her grandparents were very excited as she was the first grandchild on both sides.I had taken some leave during the time and returned back to college when Shaza was 5 months. Being a new mom,it was very challenging for me to leave her,few hours every day and go to college.One year passed by.I had my mom with me most of the time and we had nannies too.After my final year exams I joined my husband in his hometown.When the results came ,I had back papers .It broke my heart to think of leaving Shaza and going again.I was in a state of dilemma,of continuing the course or quitting and being with my family. A lot of people encouraged me to continue and others discouraged saying "it's not necessary for girls to earn".The irony being that they send their own girls to study further😊.
